I am a huge fan of early '60s Elvis. I love him in any time period, but his voice was just so wonderful in this era-- silky smooth on the ballads, and still youthful and rocking when he wanted to rock, and he does rock on the second half of this album! I love the ballads on the first half though. "There's Always Me" is such a beautiful song, and there are many others here too. Along with "Elvis Is Back," "Something For Everybody" is one of my very favorite Elvis albums (see my review for the complete EIB sessions set too, a must-buy set!). It was a dream come true, when I came to this site and found this "Something For Everybody" complete sessions set! I never thought that I would be able to have not just the album, but all of the sessions for the album, in such great sound! It was a great purchase, and the service at this site is so good too-- fast shipping, and very careful packing of my items. "The Something For Everybody Sessions" is a set that I will revisit again and again-- great songs, in great sound quality, with a high-quality booklet with wonderful photos and information on Elvis and the sessions.
